What to include for order help

If you paid but cannot download the eBook, email or message us with:

• full name used at checkout;
• email and phone number used at checkout;
• Razorpay payment ID (starts with pay_);
• approximate date and amount (₹599 or ₹299).

We will help you regain access to the file you purchased. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy before writing: we do not issue refunds or cancellations except for a verified duplicate successful charge.

Payments

Online payments are processed by Razorpay. For a failed UPI or card attempt that never showed as successful, wait for your bank to reverse any temporary hold, then try again. For Razorpay-side payment issues you may also use Razorpay’s support channels after sharing your payment ID with us.
